These Limited Warranty Terms (“Warranty”, “Warranty Terms”) apply to all Carvex Pro paint protection films (“PPF”), tint films, matte films, and colored PPF products sold or distributed by Carvex Pro (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
This Warranty is valid only for products purchased through authorized Carvex Pro dealers or installers.
1. Warranty Coverage
Carvex Pro provides a limited warranty covering defects in materials and manufacturing quality for the following film characteristics:
- Yellowing
- Cracking
- Peeling
- Adhesive failure
- Staining (non-chemical)
- Loss of optical clarity (not caused by misuse)
The warranty period varies by product line:

| Window Tint Films | Up to 5 Years |

Carvex Pro reserves the right to adjust warranty durations by region.
2. Conditions for Warranty Eligibility
To qualify for warranty service, the following conditions must be met:
- Product must be installed by a Carvex Pro Authorized Installer
- Product must have been properly maintained
- Customer must provide proof of purchase
- Customer must provide installation date and installer information
Warranty is valid only for the original owner and is non-transferable.
3. What Is Not Covered
This Warranty does NOT cover:
3.1 Improper Use or Maintenance
- Use of abrasive cleaning chemicals
- Scratches caused by car washes, brushes, or improper washing
- Damage caused by pressure washers at close range
- Failure to follow maintenance instructions
3.2 Environmental & External Damage
- Rock chips or impact damage
- Accidents or collision damage
- Fire, flood, vandalism, extreme heat
- Chemical fallout or industrial pollution
- Bird droppings, tree sap, bug acids (left untreated)
3.3 Installer-Related Issues
- Lifting edges caused by installer error. These issues must be handled directly by the installer.
- Trapped debris
- Stretch marks caused by improper installation
3.4 Normal Wear
- Minor swirl marks
- Marks caused by wear and tear
- Damage from modifications or repainting
4. Warranty Claim Procedure
To file a warranty claim:
- Contact us at info@carvexpro.com
- Provide the following:
- Name
- Vehicle information
- Proof of purchase
- Installation date
- Photos of the issue
- Allow us 7–14 business days to evaluate the claim
If approved, Carvex Pro will, at its discretion:
- Replace the defective film free of charge, or
- Refund the product cost (installation cost not included)
Installation labor is not covered, as Carvex Pro does not control installer pricing.
5. Warranty Limitations
This is a limited warranty, not a full warranty.
Carvex Pro does not guarantee:
- Perfection of installation
- Protection against all physical impacts
- Protection against all environmental contaminants
To the fullest extent allowed by U.S. law:
- We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the film only.
(This clause protects the company against lawsuits.)
6. Maintenance Requirements
For warranty to remain valid:
- Wash the vehicle with pH-neutral products
- Avoid aggressive chemicals
- Do not pressure wash edges
- Remove contaminants promptly (bugs, sap, droppings)
- Annual inspection by installer recommended
Failure to follow these procedures may void the warranty.
7. Transferability
This warranty is provided to the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred to future vehicle owners.
8. Governing Law
These Warranty Terms are governed by:
- U.S. Federal Law
- Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act
- State Law of Florida (or if you want another state, söyle yeter)
